12" does NOT feature Trees & Flowers (Extended Mix) - that version only appears on The 12" Album, the 1997 Japanese reissue of the Strawberry Switchblade album and The Platinum Collection.
Go Away is a different version to the one on the album - just guitar, melodica and voices.
A limited reissue pressing of the 7" was made on Korova [SAM240] and given away with initial copies of the album Strawberry Switchblade.

The 1-track 3" CD was given away with candy-toys. Usually they are a mini-figure and some sweet in a randomly selected boxes sold in sweet shops and supermarkets, but in 2004 some '3" CD & sweet' were issued and Since Yesterday was one of the 10 songs in the 'Classic Hits from 70's & 80's' series.
